シェアする
A gentle dry sake, perfect for the dining table.
Dry, yet gentle.
An accommodating dry sake born from the soft waters of Takehara.
Brewed using Hiroshima-grown Hattan Nishiki rice and only the microorganisms resident in our brewery.
Its balanced, understated flavor profile
provides the structural foundation that is completed by your meal.
A calm flavor reminiscent of grains and earth.
The sweetness is restrained, allowing layers of umami to expand slowly.
Served chilled, it offers a crisp, defined dryness.
At room temperature, the umami expands, and when warmed, the sweetness and umami fuse into a harmonious, well-rounded finish.
Of all our Limited Series, this sake offers the widest range of serving temperatures and pairs with any dish.
Simmered dishes, grilled fish, tofu dishes.
A sake that is always there by your side at the table.

About Our Brewing
At Fujii Shuzo, all of our sake is brewed using the Kimoto method with fully internal/spontaneous fermentation.
We do not use cultured yeast or brewing lactic acid; fermentation is achieved solely by the microorganisms living in our brewery.
We do not disclose technical values such as Nihonshu-do (sake meter value) or acidity.
We believe it is more important for you to experience the sake yourself rather than by its numbers.
