"Hoju" was Fujii Sake Brewery's flagship brand until the 1980s.

The tasteful label used about 50 years ago has been reproduced and is sold exclusively by the brewery.
A treasured Junmai Ginjo sake made with Hattan 35 rice.

This is a beautiful, clear sake that is recommended for those new to sake and those new to Fujii Sake Brewery's sake.
This is a glossy wine that has a soft, mellow flavor that spreads in your mouth.

This sake pairs well with salty dishes.
