This is a beautifully aged sake that has been aged in bottles for two years, and is recommended for those who say, "I don't like aged sake..."
*Tank aging is usually used to allow for a more leisurely maturation, but when stored in bottles, the resulting liquor is more delicate than when aged in tanks.

This is also recommended for those who want to drink refreshing hot sake in the summer!
For something a little different, the Fujii Masamune Highball is also delicious.

It goes perfectly with dishes such as richly flavored miso stews.

It has the rich, full-bodied flavor typical of Omachi, and is also acidic, making it satisfying to drink.
After two years of aging, it has a mellow and generous finish.
