This exquisite taste is the result of Fujii Sake Brewery's combined skills.

It goes particularly well with sweet and spicy dishes that use soy sauce, such as eel and sukiyaki.
If you're eating your mother's home cooking, it might be good to pair it with meat and potato stew or teriyaki.

The label design was created by Chad, an artist and calligrapher from Takehara City, who also designs the hugely popular "Ryusei Zodiac Label" every year.

The design is warm and evokes the bonds between people.

It has a modest yet mellow, refined ginjo aroma reminiscent of ripe bananas.It is a full-bodied sake that allows you to fully experience the rich sweetness of the koji and the depth of the rice.
