A taste of spring’s arrival.
Released in March.
A freshly pressed Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu with a subtle, lingering effervescence.
The bottle that signals the arrival of spring.
The sweet aroma reminiscent of red apples is accompanied by a lively, fizzy sensation that spreads throughout the mouth.
An elegant, lingering sweetness follows, with a moderate level of alcohol tightening the finish.
Enjoy it chilled to highlight its crispness, or let it mellow over time.
Pairs well with steamed clams or spring vegetable tempura.
