This fine sake is made from carefully selected sake rice that has been meticulously polished, and brewed with the heart, skill and soul of the master brewer.
The by-product of squeezing sake is sake lees.
This product is a Junmai Daiginjo-class sake with a gorgeous aroma.
It is delicious not only with the classic kasu soup and amazake (sweet sake), but also when grilled and eaten with honey.
You can also use it to marinate fish or make sake kasu pickles.
[Things to check]
These sake lees are made using the traditional sake brewing method known as "kimoto-zukuri."
In the kimoto brewing process, rice is crushed using wooden tools such as a "hangirioke" (wooden tub) and a "kaibo" (paddle). In rare cases, wood chips may get mixed in during this process, and these chips may end up in the sake lees.
Although it does not have any effect on the human body, please only purchase if you are able to accept this point.
