◇Ryusei Black Label Junmai Daiginjo

This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice.

Brewed using the classic Association No. 9 yeast, this Junmai Daiginjo has a calm, rich aroma and the delicious flavor of rice that can be enjoyed with meals.

It goes particularly well with sweet and spicy dishes such as eel and sukiyaki.

This is a representative sake of the Ryusei brand, which won both the Division Trophy, the highest award in the Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo categories, and the Regional Trophy at the International Wine Challenge 2007 held in London.

・Ingredients: Rice (produced in Japan), rice koji (produced in Japan)

・Raw material rice: 100% Yamada Nishiki

・Rice polishing ratio: 50%

◇Ryusei White Label Junmai Ginjo

This is a refreshing Junmai Ginjo made using 100% Yamadanishiki rice.

This sake is brewed almost entirely by hand, using the wisdom and experience of the master brewer, from washing and steaming the rice to making the koji.It is refreshing yet brings out the rich flavor of the rice, and you can enjoy a long aftertaste.

It goes well with food, and is especially recommended with sushi and sashimi.
