Fujii Sake Brewery's flagship Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice.
The subtle aroma of ginjo sake, reminiscent of ripe fruit, gently rises.
Behind this, the sweetness of the koji, the umami of the rice, and the acidity are layered.

Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic rice)

◇Ryusei Appreciation Label Junmai Daiginjo

This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice.

Brewed using the classic Association No. 9 yeast, this Junmai Daiginjo has a calm, rich aroma and the delicious flavor of rice that can be enjoyed with meals.

It goes particularly well with sweet and spicy dishes such as eel and sukiyaki.
