A new challenge for sake, the "Toiro Project" has begun

This time, Fujii Sake Brewery was interviewed by the Jusai Project and the program to be broadcast on BS Nippon Television is "The Spirit Dwells in the Sake - 10 Stories Taken on by Young Craftsmen" Fujii Sake Brewery Edition. The program will be broadcast on BS Nippon Television at 2:00 a.m. on Friday, April 11th and Wednesday, April 23rd.

What is the Jusai Project?
This project aims to inherit the charm and tradition of Japanese sake made by young artisans, as well as support Japanese craftsmanship!
The colors are also created by the passion of the young craftsmen who carry the history of the brewery and sake brewing on their shoulders.
The name of the project, "Toiro" (Ten Colors), also contains this meaning.

This documentary follows our sincere approach to sake brewing and our passionate thoughts, and a culinary expert visits the brewery to introduce dishes that go well with our specially selected sake.
We hope that this program will add some color to your daily life.
Also, in the second half of the program, we will introduce limited edition Fujii Sake Brewery products that can only be purchased through the "Toiro no Sake (Jusai Project)", so please watch until the end.
