Dear Sir/Madam, Last year's highly popular "Rice Planting & Spring Food and Drinks Party" will be held again this year as follows.

"Rice Planting & Spring Food and Drinks Party"
Date and time: Saturday, May 17th Location: Special venue in Takanocho, Shobara City Fee: 4,500 yen per person (food and drinks included)
Junior and senior high school students: 2,000 yen Elementary school students: 1,000 yen Drivers: 3,000 yen (meal only)
Bus fare: 4,500 yen per seat round trip (reservation required)
Children will also have a seat.
Schedule: 8:15am, meet at the group bus stop at the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima Station. Depart at 8:30am, arrive at the destination at 10:30am, meet in your car at 3pm, finish via Takano Roadside Station, arrive at Hiroshima Station at 6pm. *Priority will be given to members, but anyone can participate.
* Reservations will close once the bus is fully booked.
