ワインコンクールIWCで龍勢が受賞!

Ryusei wins the IWC Wine Competition!

The world's largest wine tasting event, the International Wine Challenge (IWC),
"Ryusei Kimoto Hattan Rikuju" won a silver medal in the SAKE category, Junmai sake division!

This is the first time the watch has been exhibited at IWC in about five years.
I am truly delighted that our sake, brewed using the traditional kimoto method without the addition of yeast or lactic acid bacteria, has been recognized worldwide.

When we told the master brewer, Masao Fujii, about the award, he said, "It's all thanks to everyone."
My heart warmed when I saw the brewer looking so happy.

The award-winning "Ryusei Kimoto Hattan Rikuju" is a dry, full-bodied sake with a strong backbone, typical of Ryusei.
Drink it chilled for a clean, crisp taste, or warm it for a soft, full-bodied taste.
The self-restraint period is likely to continue for a while longer, so why not take a break with Ryusei?
