The other day, Hiroshima Television aired a special feature on our joint brewing project with Hiyoshi Sake Brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture.
The broadcast also covered the current situation at Hiyoshi Sake Brewery, but the recovery of affected sake breweries, including those in Wajima City, has not progressed at all. All sales from the jointly brewed sake "Ore no Sake x Yoru no Teiou" and "Ore no Sake," excluding the costs of sake brewing, will be donated to Hiyoshi Sake Brewery. We appreciate your warm support for this sake brewery in Noto.
