Shinyo Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of Thermal Tanks® that contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of sake, has launched a new website.
Fujii Sake Brewery is also featured.

The first Thermal Tank® was created in 1985, and since then, more than 7,000 units have been installed in breweries across the country.
At our brewery, we use it to store the mash after it is pressed and until it is time to bottle it.
