Ryusei Kuranamagenshu 2025BY Release Started

The first "Kura-nama Genshu" (unpasteurized, undiluted sake) pressed of the new year.
It is ready for you again this year.
Brewed with Hattan No. 35 rice.
It features a delicate sweetness
within the rich body characteristic of nama-genshu.
The aroma is gentle,
evoking yellow fruits like apricot and yellow peach.
Upon tasting,
a soft, viscous sweetness spreads across the palate,
followed by a pleasant acidity and a hint of bitterness to tighten the finish.
Different from the freshness of "hatsu-shibori" (first pressing),
it has a composed profile and a lingering finish.
Let it breathe for a moment in your glass,
and the sweetness will smooth out,
changing its character.
As its profile shifts with temperature,
please enjoy it at your own pace
while pairing it with your meal.
From the beginning of the year,
to this time when the seasons begin to shift little by little.
We hope you enjoy this bottle as a companion to the current season.
