- September 19th (Thurs) - 21st (Sat) Dawn of Young People 2025 (Tokyo)

Official website: https://sakejump.com/ja/events/2025tokyo

"Dawn of the Young" is a sake event that began in 2007 with the desire of young brewers to "liven up the sake industry with their generation."

Regardless of the size of the brewery or industry customs, the event is held as a place where young brewers from all over the country can compete in healthy competition and pave the way for the future of sake.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the event, and a total of 50 breweries will be gathered, including 40 breweries that passed the preliminary selection process and the top 10 breweries in terms of sales from the previous event. This event is perfect for sake fans as well as those who want to enjoy sake for the first time, as it is filled with opportunities to "encounter" the next generation of sake brewers.
