Ryusei Lab. will be on TV! 5/11 Hiroshima Home TV "Pitanew"

May 11th, from around 18:15, Hiroshima Home Television "Pita New" A special feature on Ryusei Lab.'s new initiative, "brewing sake using yeast from the brewery," will be broadcast. We were able to follow them closely from the start of the sake brewing to the pressing and tasting!
It is scheduled to be broadcast for about 10 to 15 minutes, and I think such a long feature is rare for Fujii Sake Brewery.
