Fujii Sake Brewery has chosen sake that suits each dish.

Kaede Sawatari: Hattan 35, 60%, Junmai Ginjo, 17%, refreshing and slightly sweet. Kaoru Hanawa: Omachi, 60%, Tokubetsu Junmai, 16%, hearty and dry. Norie Okazaki: Yamada Nishiki, 60%, Junmai Ginjo, 16%, hearty and crisp. Asane Sakurada: Hattan Nishiki, 60%, Tokubetsu Junmai, 16%, refreshing and dry.
