Featured in the Chugoku Shimbun morning edition on March 18th

An article about "The Dawn of Young People 2023 SPRING," which was held on Friday, March 17th and Saturday, March 18th, 2023, was published in the Chugoku Shimbun.

The sakes served at Young Sake Dawn, "Ryusei Yuragi no Nagi - Hattan 35-," "Ryusei Kura Nama Genshu - Hattan 35-," and "Ryusei Katsu Dokoshu - Hattan 35-," are made using Shingin rice*.
*This latest technology, developed by Satake, a rice milling machine manufacturer in Hiroshima, can efficiently remove protein.
