Kura Nama Genshu 2024BY starts shipping from today

The first sake pressed this year, the elegant and refined "Kura Nama Genshu" is available from the brewery from today.

The elegant sweetness and refreshing acidity are perfectly balanced to match the vibrant and refined color of the label. To fully bring out the delicate and fine characteristics of Hattan 35, we use Shingin rice for the sake. We have pursued a light taste, resulting in a pleasant drinking experience with every sip.

When opened, the beer is still hard, but once uncorked and the gas releases, it becomes silky and the bewitching, mellow vanilla-like aroma brought about by the brewery yeast softly spreads.

You can enjoy it as a refreshing chilled sake, or we recommend drinking it warm to savor the gentle warmth.
