In light of the current situation surrounding COVID-19, and after much consideration, we have decided to release a collaborative product with GTO author Tooru Fujisawa, [GTO x RYUSEI THANK!], on April 30th, 2020.

This project, "THANK!", began when Mr. Toru Fujisawa visited our storehouse, which was flooded in the heavy rains that hit Western Japan in July 2018, and asked if there was anything we could do to help.

When Fujii Sake Brewery was hit by the disaster, we received support and encouragement from many people, especially from our local city of Takehara, and were able to resume business as usual. However, even now, a year and a half after the disaster, the scars of the disaster remain everywhere in Takehara City, and recovery work is underway in many places.

In recent years, natural disasters have occurred every year in various parts of Japan due to abnormal weather. We believe that the experiences and memories of these disasters should not be forgotten. Therefore, "THANK!" will donate 650 yen per unit sold to the disaster-stricken city of Takehara, in order to support disaster recovery and revitalize the local community.

Although we cannot cover the entire reconstruction of Takehara City, we at Fujii Sake Brewery hope to help spread the circle of reconstruction.

Onizuka Eikichi from GTO always faces people honestly and true to himself, charming people with his fearless courage and boldness, and also kind enough to protect everyone until the very end, putting his body on the line to solve problems.
With Onizuka in mind, we brewed this sake to have the dry, crisp, and powerful flavor that is the essence of Fujii Sake Brewery.

The Onizuka depicted on the bottle is an original design exclusively for THANK!, created by Toru Fujisawa.

In addition, the limited edition unpasteurized sake version, which can only be purchased within Takehara City, will be postponed and discontinued in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
