In the Kimoto category of the prestigious French sake competition "Kuramaster" 2022, "Ryusei: The Fluctuation of Calm" won the Gold Award.
Receiving an award in the Kimoto category was a great honor. As a brewery aiming to switch to kimoto-based sake production in the future, we see this as extremely significant.
