This is the sake we brewed with that goal in mind.
This is "Summer Premonition – Shining Days."

For the first time, Fujii Sake Brewery has adopted Hiroshima's new sake rice variety, "Moei Ibuki."
Furthermore, Fujii Brewery uses the latest high glucose producing koji mold (HG koji), which it had previously avoided.
It produces a clear, transparent taste with a linear, sharp flavor.

On a white light afternoon, a cool breeze suddenly blows through.
This summer sake from Lab. Works is perfect for BBQs and other outdoor summer activities.
