Ryusei's first pressing, 2024BY, now available from the cellar

The first sake of the 2024 brewing year, "Ryusei Hatsu Shibori," will be released from our brewery on December 4, 2024.

Since last year, the ALC has been reduced, resulting in a lighter, fresher tasting drink.
