Announcement of Awards at the 2021 National Sake Appraisal

Ryusei Kimoto Hattan Rikuju Junmai Ginjo won a silver medal in the Junmai category at the 2021 National Sake Appraisal.

"Ryusei Kimoto Hattan Rikuju" is a standard sake from Ryusei -Limited-.
This is a test brew of "Ryusei Hattan Rikuju" using a different yeast.

A dry sake with the powerful flavor typical of Ryusei.
It has an apricot-like aroma and the crispness and acidity that is characteristic of Hattan.
When chilled it has a crisp taste, and when heated the flavor spreads slowly.
